Induction Week at ESEI Business School is an immersive and inspiring introduction to life in Barcelona and your academic journey ahead. You’ll connect with fellow students, explore the city like a local, and gain the tools you need to thrive academically, professionally, and personally.
From practical support sessions and interactive workshops to networking events and social experiences, every moment is designed to help you feel confident, connected, and ready to begin this exciting new chapter.

Day 1: Wednesday, February 18th
Touchdown Barcelona 🇪🇸
14:00 – 14:30 | Welcome & Reception
Your induction begins with a warm welcome at campus. Collect your name tag and welcome bag, meet the ESEI team, and connect with fellow students as you officially start your ESEI journey.
14:35 – 15:45 | Living & Studying in Barcelona
This session introduces you to essential aspects of student life in Barcelona. You’ll gain helpful insights into settling into the city, student resources, housing, and practical information to support a smooth transition.
15:45 – 16:15 | Break
Take a short break to relax, enjoy refreshments, and continue getting to know your classmates in a casual setting while experiencing ESEI life on campus.
16:20 – 16:40 | Human Bingo
A fun and interactive ice-breaking game designed to help you mingle, start conversations, and build connections — with a prize for the winner.
16:45 – 18:45 | Live Like a Local Tour
End the day with a guided walking tour of Barcelona. Discover hidden gems, learn local tips, and experience the city alongside your new classmates.
Day 2: Thursday, February 19th
Dream It. Plan It. Become It.
14:00 – 15:00 | Vision Board Workshop
Kick off day two with a creative and collaborative session where you reflect on your goals for 2026. Work in groups, share ideas, and learn how ESEI’s Career Services can support your ambitions.
15:05 – 16:35 | Academics & Learning at ESEI
This session details academic policies and support. The learning approach, and key digital platforms. You’ll gain a clear understanding of expectations,, and how to make the most of your studies at ESEI.
16:40 – 17:55 | Break
Enjoy refreshments, music, and a relaxed atmosphere while connecting with classmates and exploring more of ESEI life.
18:00 – 18:35 | ESEI Initiatives & Community Opportunities
Learn about ways to get involved beyond the classroom, including initiatives that allow you to engage with the ESEI community, build your profile, and contribute to campus life.
Day 3: Friday, February 20th
Find Your People, Build Your Community
15:00 – 18:00 | Melting pot: Mix & Mingle
Induction Week concludes with a relaxed social event where students from all programmes come together. Meet members of the Student Council, expand your network, and enjoy a casual environment designed to help you build lasting connections and friendships.
