The event will feature a renowned speaker, Julia Roca, a Costa Rican former professional tennis player, ESEI professor, and Ticketing Director of the FIH Hockey Women’s World Championship.
The sports industry has long been dominated by men, leaving women with limited opportunities and facing various challenges. Through this event, we aim to shed light on the challenges faced by women in the sports industry, and how we can work towards creating a more inclusive and equitable sports culture.
Julia Roca, with her extensive experience and expertise in the sports industry, will share her insights and perspectives on the challenges women face, and how they can navigate through them to succeed in the industry. The discussion will cover various topics, including gender bias, equal pay, and the importance of role models.
