Sustainability and Social Impact
The Sustainability and Social Impact Module will inspire you to lead organisations in making a lasting social and environmental impact on a global scale. Through a project-based approach and field visits, you will learn how to lead sustainability projects and connect with organisations and leaders in Barcelona committed to CSR programs.
In these workshops, you have the opportunity to apply their knowledge through project-based learning, collaborating on initiatives with ESEI and other organisations such as Tree Nation and BCorp to promote more sustainable businesses.

Our Career Coaching sessions prepare you for your next career progression in the world of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. With the guidance of our coaches, you will refine your personal brand to distinguish yourself in the competitive job market. Additionally, you will receive advice on addressing common career hurdles and crafting a personal roadmap to elevate your career to the next level.
Agile Methodology
Agile represents a contemporary management philosophy grounded in adaptability, continuous improvement, and high‑performance teamwork. It provides organisations with a structured yet flexible framework that accelerates delivery while ensuring quality and relevance in rapidly changing environments. Throughout our workshops, students explore how Agile principles can be effectively integrated across diverse business functions not only within technology‑driven contexts. Participants learn to build cohesive cross‑functional teams, enhance communication flows, prioritise strategically, and manage complex projects with clarity and purpose.
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be awarded the European Scrum Certificate, an industry‑recognised credential that validates foundational competencies in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
MBA Capstone Project
At ESEI, your final project is a key component of your academic journey designed to prepare you for the realities of today’s business world. While both Master and MBA students complete a final project, the format and focus differ based on your programme.
The Capstone Project is a practical, action-oriented assignment that replaces the traditional thesis for MBA students. It is designed to simulate real-world business challenges and test your ability to apply strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a high-level context.
You’ll work on a complex, multi-dimensional issue or opportunity often in collaboration with an actual company requiring you to think critically, make data-driven decisions, and deliver innovative, actionable outcomes.
