Responsibilities

In my capacity as the Head of Academics at ESEI Business School, my responsibilities include different aspects of day-to-day academic operations. Collaborating closely with faculty, I organize semester course schedules and meticulously plan academic timelines, encompassing thesis deadlines, defense schedules, and various academic events.

Additionally, I oversee the creation of course outline templates, ensuring timely distribution and collection for review. Responsibilities extend to the annual update of student and faculty handbooks, fortnightly attendance reviews, and addressing attendance issues through the implementation of policies.

Administratively, I manage various online platforms, including Classlife, E-Library, and Turnitin, and create training content for these platforms.

I also coordinate faculty meetings, oversee the setup and maintenance of virtual spaces, and provide day-to-day support on Classlife. Assessment coordination, including planning and implementation of exams, is another crucial aspect, along with the coordination of retakes and resubmissions.

My responsibilities extend to supporting the creation and circulation of feedback forms, conducting thorough reviews and analyses of student feedback. Additionally, I meticulously manage student records, including grades and diplomas, and supervise the thesis process and deadlines.
