Hello! I’m Vladimir Kobozev, the Business Development and Innovation Manager at ESEI. I am dedicated to supporting academic innovation and helping drive growth through strategic initiatives and partnerships. Responsibilities

In my role, I’m involved in a variety of tasks that contribute to both academic innovation and business development. Below are the key areas where I provide support:

Project-Based Learning Support: I contribute to the design and implementation of project-based learning strategies across various academic programs to ensure practical and dynamic student experiences. This approach enables students to apply their knowledge to real-world situations, thus enhancing their problem-solving skills.
Quality Assurance: I assist in ensuring the quality of academic services, student services, and faculty performance, helping maintain the highest educational standards at ESEI. Regular evaluations and feedback processes are essential to our commitment to excellence.
Educational Research: I conduct ongoing research into current trends in education, learning methodologies, and entrepreneurship, using these insights to support academic innovation and curriculum development. This continuous research allows us to remain at the forefront of educational excellence.
Program Design & Innovation: I help improve existing programs through competitor analysis and benchmarking, while also supporting the creation of new academic products, such as specialized courses and summer camps. This initiative ensures that our offerings are relevant and competitive.
Partnership Development: I assist in establishing new partnerships with businesses and educational institutions, which in turn help broaden ESEI’s network and provide more opportunities for students. Collaborating with industry partners allows us to create internship opportunities and real-world experiences.
Marketing & Branding Support: I collaborate with the marketing team to create and present branding strategies for academic programs, aiming to strengthen our institution’s visibility and drive business development.
Academic Calendar Management: I help incorporate events such as guest speaker sessions, industrial visits, and other extracurricular activities into the academic calendar, enriching students’ academic experience.
Faculty Communication & Community Management: I facilitate communication with faculty members and support efforts to build a stronger sense of community among the staff, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
Student Communication Strategy: I assist in developing strategies to keep students well-informed and engaged throughout their academic journey. This involves creating newsletters, managing social media updates, and organizing information sessions.
Admissions & Marketing Liaison: I coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure that academic programs are well-aligned with ESEI’s recruitment and marketing efforts, streamlining processes to attract the best candidates.
Event Management: I assist in organizing and managing academic events like workshops, webinars, and conferences, providing opportunities for student development beyond the classroom.
CMSsManagement: I manage the CMS systems and support the ongoing development of the WordPress platform, ensuring smooth operations and content alignment with our academic and business projects. This includes regular updates, optimizing user experience, and implementing best practices for content management to enhance accessibility and engagement for all users.
Research, Strategy, and Execution of New Projects: I conduct in-depth research to support new academic initiatives and assist with project execution, focusing on strategic growth and innovation. This involves analyzing market trends, gathering stakeholder feedback, and developing actionable strategies that align with ESEI’s mission and vision, ensuring that our initiatives effectively address the evolving needs of our students and faculty.
